QlikView - Load balancing does not work as expected, wrong information sent to Qlikview Web Server (QVWS) when using Loaded document with Preload

In QlikView, it may be desirable to force user to go to a specific QlikView Server node for a specific document. 
One way to achieve this is to Pre-Load the document on one of the QlikView Server (QVS) nodes and then set the QlikView WebServer (QVWS) load balancing algorithm to "Loaded Document".
To offer Failover in case the primary QVS node crashes, make this document available (Without Pre-Loading it) on an additional QVS node. 

In this scenario, and if the document is located in a mounted folder, the solution will not work, and the application could be loaded in any of the QVS nodes even though it is properly Pre-Loaded on one of the QVS nodes.

Environments:

• Qlikview Server, 12.10 and November 2017 (12.20 SR4 and earlier)
• QVWS Load Balancing = "Loaded Document"
• Documents in a Mounted folder

This has been identified as a bug and will be fixed in QlikView November 2017 SR5

• Move the application from the mounted folder to the root folder
• Make the application only available on the QVS pre-loading it
