This article provides information when the error "Email or Password not correct" is encountered when attempting to login to Qlik sites.
The error message below can be visible when credentials used are incorrect (i.e. wrong password or Email) The login page will no longer support usernames. Instead use your email address provided when signing up for Qlik ID to login.
If you do not remember the email address you signed up with, click on the I forgot my email address link.
You will be able to retrieve your email address by entering in your username. Your password would remain the same.

Resolution
- Login with the correct credentials (Email address provided when signing up for QlikID + Correct Password)
- If you forgot the password, use the link indicated from the error message "Reset your Password" (If prompted to provide the old password, please clear your browser's cache first and try again). Once the password reset email is received, this will also include your Email in case it was forgotten.
- If you do not remember the email address you signed up with, click the I forgot my email address link. You will be able to retrieve your email address by entering in your username. Your password will remain the same.
