- Login with the correct credentials (Qlik Account Username + correct Password)
- If you forgot the password, use the link indicated from the error message "Reset your Password" (If prompted to provide the old password, please clear your browser's cache first and try again). Once the password reset email is received, this will also include your username in case it was forgotten.
