The bookmarks are not loaded when using QlikView offline mode on an iPad. On the offline log, placed by default on: c:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Offline; you will see the following error:

The application (qvw) has section access.
Remove the section access of the QlikView file (qvw) as it is not supported when using Offline mode on iPad (Section Access is not supported in the QlikView iPad Client App) as it is state on the
Qlik Help webpage.
