Join UsThe authentication part is utilized based on Windows Authentication (NTLM) so only IE will pull up the Domain Account information. And when it comes to other browsers like Chrome , the domain is need to be to entered as per their browser authentication. Currently there is no option to hardcode the domain value.
Other Options which can be tried (using consulting services through your account team):
1. Build a separate authentication module on top of Qlik Sense to validate the users.(example : Using IIS)
2. Use Single SignOn from an IdP provider (client advised to open ticket with their IT)
