Description
When performing an exportation of a story to a PDF format it never finishes. You can see two errors on the Qlik Sense log named server_name_System_Printing_Cefsharp.txt
ERROR Qlik.Printing.Rendering.CefSharp.Browser.CefRequestWorkerQueue - queue 55a009b8-5493-426c-af73-be7d8903902f, The wait has timed out. Task status: WaitingForActivation.The request was canceled while queueing, the current CefSharp worker number is 1.
The application is using extensions and some of them might affect the proper performance of this feature of Qlik Sense.
Other method to trace if this is caused by an extension: Enabling developer tools on the browser (clicking F12) user may end up with errors in the browser console tab, that can even point to the .js file that is causing this and eventually the name of the application.
Resolution
This is outside support scope. Our recommendation is contact directly the extension developer for assistance on any possible issue.
