The error "Cannot read property 'SAML_SLO' of undefined"

On September 2017 release, the user often received the error "Cannot read property 'SAML_SLO' of undefined" in QMC or "Internal server error" in HUB.
But it is very strange as there is no SAML authentication set in QMC.
Resolution
The workaround is to delete web browser cache, the error will disappear.
