Label properties for KPI and Gauge object are not customizable in custom theme

The documentation around which of the generic properties that can set at object is unclear and will need to be improved.
If you are trying to theme the label styling in the KPI and Gauge objects without success, this is the information to know about.
KPI object
The label property is not applicable at all here.
Gauge object
Only the label.value is applicable. In the customers theme the gauge.label.value.color is actually applied as a grey color. The font size of the value label is calculated to fit in the space available. There will be probably an improvement for it.
