System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly "file:///{YOUR_PATH_HERE}" or one of its dependencies. Operation is not support. (Exception from HRESULT: 0×80131515) when trying to install Qlik Web Connectors as a Service

Error: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly "file:///{YOUR_PATH_HERE}"  or one of its dependencies. Operation is not support. (Exception from HRESULT: 0×80131515) when trying to install Qlik Web Connectors as a Service. This Error might appear if the ZIP package with Qlik Web Connectors was not unlocked before extracting and if the Permissions for the User running the install are not correct. For example the user does not have Full Control.

Environments
Qlik Web Connectors - all versions
Windows Server - all versions

User Rights and User Permissions in Windows Server.

Fresh install:
1. Make sure that the user installing QWC as a service has full Rights
2. Make sure to install as administrator
3. Unblock the ZIP file containing QWC, before unzipping it, by right clicking on the file, choose properties - general Tab at the bottom - click the "Unblock" button 

If not done before you can unblock the following files:
\\YourPath\QlikWebConnectors"Version"\QlikWebConnectorsSVC.exe
And
\\YourPath\QlikWebConnectors"Version"\\BatchFiles\Install Service.bat




Re-installation:
1. Remove the current QWC folders
2. Download fresh ZIP file
3. Follow the steps above from the Fresh install
