QlikView ”Mail with Bookmark as a Link” opens in Web page not found

Client has a problem with QlikView's ”Mail with Bookmark as a Link” function. After an update to November 2017 version the function stopped working. Solved the problem for the older URL with IE Plugin but after the IE Plugin update installation the new links created trough the ”Mail with Bookmark as a Link” function give Web page not found error. Is this a known bug or is there some solution? 
 

Problem: When on the access point, with the latest IE Plugin installed, QlikView November 2017, SR2 version, we select 'Menu' on the Toolbar, and then 'Mail with Bookmark as a Link' to another user who has the same latest IE Plugin installed. The document open but no bookmark is showed.
