Join UsThe ”Suppress Zero” and ”Suppress Missing” options are, as of QV12.10, applied even in combination with inter record functions and indirect expression references (i.e. expression labels, functions like column() etc.) whereas previously they were not. There has been made quite a few changes in this area, mainly for the following reasons:
In order to allow for a more flexible suppress logic with inter record functions (previously this logic was disabled).
In order to use single code base (i.e. the same suppression logic for both QlikView & QlikSense) – even more important with the upcoming “common engine” task
These (intentional) changes where included in QV12.10 and the observed behavior is a direct consequence of those changes. The suppression of zero values is no longer disabled for these expressions and this requires that these options are unchecked if there is no desire to actually suppress the zero values…
