NPrinting does not complete On-Demand Reports connected to a QlikView server

Intermittently reports triggered by On-Demand extension run for extended period on NPrinting never completing. Report status is shown as still queued even after a reboot.
On Demand Error message may contain:
"code:403,"message":"user has no rights to access the resource"
Environment:
QlikView Extranet (or alike) type licenses require Authentication for the NPrinting QlikView connection:
LEF may contain the string below:
FORCE_AUTHENTICATION;YES;
Resolution:
Enable "Connection requires authentication" on the QlikView Connection configuration with Section Access enabled is required when using QlikView Extranet type of license.
