Join UsThere is an issue with the installer for Qlik Sense June 2017 and higher: it allows installation and upgrade even if the underlying system is Windows 2008 R2, which is not supported any more.
Customers that miss the change of requirements in the help site and release notes, will end up with an unsupported setup.

Bug QLIK-84522 was logged with R&D.
It was decided that this should be solved by giving people a warning but not blocking the installation. The warning was implemented in Qlik Sense June 2018.
