The QlikView Server Event log repeats the MetaService Information:700 Information System: MetaService - GetData: Could not get info due to (The system cannot find the file specified.) Environment:
QlikView any version
This issue is caused by the QVS server running in DMS mode and the QVW doesn't have a .Meta file associated with the QVW.
A QlikView file is stored in a mounted folder, but likely not used. No .META file has been created for it, but the QlikView Server scans for one regardless.
- If the QlikView document (.qvw) is not in use, consider removing it from the mount and archiving it
- Open the QlikView document at least once in any of the available user clients from the AccessPoint, this will create the .META file.
