Assigning pre existing Qlik Sense applications to Qlik Sense service user

Environment :

• Sense April 2018

When users are removed from Qlik Sense, all their existing applications and related app objects should be assigned to other system users and not the Qlik Sense service account user.

Associating applications that have been created by other users to the Qlik Sense service account may cause errors in the system similar to the error below.

The file 01233446\Repository\TraceXXXXX_System_Repository_2017-10-24T05.45.10Z.log

Will have many errors related to the service user:  SERVERNAME\serviceuser and related permissions

SERVERNAME\serviceuser  Error when committing. Forbidden
SERVERNAME\serviceuser  DocumentEntry: Failed to auto-save client cache 
 

Also there will be errors related to file write and  'file not found'

The conclusion here was made that all the applications that were assigned to the service user SERVERNAME\serviceuser have been re-assigned to another system user and not a service user.
