Users of the same AD domain are configured identically but some of them don't have access to Qlik Sense Apps

In Qlik Sense, users of same Active Directory domain are configured identically and some do not have access to Qlik Sense apps. Users are getting an error "Access Denied".
1. Click to Open QMC
2. Click to Open Streams
3. Under Stream Everyone, towards right side of the pane under properties, click to open User Access.
4. Audit User Access.
We can now see the user trying to gain access to this stream do not have Read permissions.
Access was successful after defining new User Authorization.
1. Open QMC
2. Click on Security Rules
3. Open stream "StreamEveryone"
4. Make sure "Read" is checked. If not checked, please check this.
5. Save and Apply
