Users listed in the Qlik Management Console "User Management" panel may be listed correctly, but missing group memberships. Using an LDAP browser can help in identifying problems with filters or LDAP configurations.
There are many alternate LDAP browsers in the market. For this article we are using the LDAP Admin
1.Login to the node/machine where the Qlik product is installed.
2.Download the Software http://www.ldapadmin.org/download/ldapadmin.html (If internet is not reachable then copy the software to any directory )
3.Double Click LdapAdmin.exe
4.Click on Connect and then double-click the New Connection Template
5.Provide respective fields to make the connection:

7.On success you get the following data visible.
Network Tests of Server is reachable.
N1. Ping the LDAP server from the Qlik Server node/machine. (Sometimes PING is disabled on Server side. then one can use Telnet.)
N2. Telnet the LDAP server and port to confirm end-point socket is reachable and that no firewall or other appliance is blocking this.
