Join Statements, Alias and subselect when using the SAP SQL ConnectorArticle Number: 000042229 | Last Modified: 2018/09/07
A join statement is in general functional with the use of the SAP connector, however keep in mind that complex statements will consume a lot of resources on the sap side. It is recommended to load the tables and join them in QlikView or Qlik Sense instead.
Not working query:
SQL SUBSELECT KSCHL KOPOS ...
WHERE KNUMV IN (
SELECT h~KNUMV AS KNUMV
FROM EKKO AS h
INNER JOIN EKPO AS l ON h~EBELN = l~EBELN
WHERE l~AEDAT BETWEEN '20080601' AND '20160630' AND l~LOEKZ <> 'L'
Working query (not recommended):
SQL SELECT EKKO~KNUMV
INNER JOIN EKPO ON EKKO~EBELN = EKPO~EBELN
WHERE EKPO~AEDAT BETWEEN '20080601'
AND '20160630' AND EKPO~LOEKZ <> 'L';
SQL Select UMREZ STATUS MATNR EBELN from EKPO
SQL Select AEDAT EBELN from EKKO
