Join UsNewly created user, the user is unable to receive reports from Nprinting log shows "No Such User"
1.User is created in Nprinting and given user role and made part of a group
2. Report is triggered/published, user can see it in the newstand but does not receive the emailed report
3. When checking the scheduler logs, you can see the error of 'no such user' for the new user.
There are "No Such User" in NPrinting scheduler.log as follows.
"Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: steve.qlik@qlik.com... No such user"
The error message clearly comes from SMTP server and there is a very hardened SMTP server setup
Therefore, SMTP server administrator must allow relay to the new user.
