GeoAnalytics: Getting 'Unsuccessful location lookup' Error message when using custom region and country names

Users experience gaps in their GeoAnalytics map and get the error 'Unsuccessful location lookup' when they are using custom region and country names (from a self-made Geo Dimensions).
This error is because the location names do not match the default GeoAnalytics map naming convention.

For regions we often have the name in the local language (or languages) and the name in English and some common aliases
