Cause
NPrinting 17.5 requires .Net framework 4.6.2, since it is not available in the server, NPrinting is trying to initiate the installation from microsoft but since there's no internet in the server, it fails.
Resolution
Install .Net Framework 4.6.2.
Download and install the package manually from the link below
