A task successfully reloads a document, but then it fails at distribution with the error "CQvXmlInterfaceRequestHandler - Catch: errId(-1). Ino(-1). Fno(98)" in the task logs.
Environment:
Resolution
As a troubleshooting step:
- Delete the published document.
- If distributing to the UserDocuments folder defined in Setup > (Distribution Service) > General > Path, delete the user document (not the source document)
- If distributing to a specific folder as defined in the task itself (Status > Tasks > (Your Task) > Edit > Distribute > Distribute to folder), delete the file in that location
- Restart all Qlikview services (if you restart only the Distribution Service, this may not resolve the issue).
The Distribution Service is unable to complete the rename process. A frequent root cause to this is an active virus scan or backup locking the files. See QlikView Folder And Files To Exclude From Anti-Virus Scanning.
QlikView may also experience memory bottlenecks or read/write queues. Monitor QlikView Server performance as well as the performance of the file server.
