Cannot use "Local System" as service user starting Qlik Sense June 2017 and above.

System administrators is upgrading from early version to Qlik Sense June 2017 and above and they encounter an error due to using the LocalSystem account to run Qlik Sense Services. They will receive the following error:
"Qlik Sense Cannot be upgraded if the service is set to LocalSystem."
Cause
Starting in Qlik Sense June 2017 and above, the installer will not allow progress when running Qlik Sense as LocalSystem. This is expected behavior going forward.
Resolution
Due to architectural changes in Qlik Sense June 2017, the product no longer supports running Qlik Sense using the LocalSystem account.
To resolve this issue, the System Administrator must change the account running Qlik Sense services to an actual account. Domain-level accounts are preferred due to requirements of Shared Persistence.
