Use of Open QlikView Document Action results in QlikView Management Console (QMC)\Documents\User Documents not showing QVW files in folders

QVW's in mounted folder disappear after opening document-chained QVW via the AccessPoint.

In the QMS logs you see entries like these,
Error System.Exception: Could not find a mount with the name of the specified folder
The xml content sent to the QMC has the mounted folder ("SharedDocuments") in uppercase when it does not work (this can only bee seen with developer tool in the browser, opened by F12):

This defect (ID QV-11694) is resolved in QlikView 12.20.Workarounds:
- Place the QVW's in the root folder path of the QlikView Server resource.
- Ensure all mounted folder names are in uppercase.
- Rename the windows folders that contains documents so the use uppercase only .
