This is not currently supported/implemented as an out-of-the-box feature in Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows, and nothing is planned on the product roadmap yet at the moment.
It is only available in Qlik Sense Enterprise on Kubernetes or Qlik Sense Enterprise on Cloud Services.
However, you can use oAuth/OpenID as an external authentication module such as in a Ticketing Authentication configuration.
