QMC Assigned CAL Page Opens Slowly and Displays a Blank Page Until the Browser is Refreshed

When an environment has a large number of Named User CALs assigned, the Assigned CALs page may not render until you refresh the browser.
Increasing MaxReceivedMessageSize setting in the QMS exe.config file is one step to address things, but there may be remaining issue where the CALs Assigned page still renders slowly. Doing multiple browser refreshes may eventually render things more quickly.
One additional setting that may be in play is the QlikView Server Settings.ini PGOAsXMLAlso. If this setting is present and set to a value of 1/on, and the environment is experiencing performance issues in the CAL related pages of the QMC, the setting should be set to 0/off. This is not recommended to be set to 1 on a regular basis as the overhead associated with it running actively is quite high and will impact server performance, so it should only be used for troubleshooting.
