Qlik Sense - Internal Server Error using Header Authentication

After configuring your Qlik Sense Virtual Proxy to use Header Authentication, some user cannot access the Qlik Sense Hub and get "Internal Server Error"
However those users can access the Qlik Sense QMC (https://QlikSenseURL/VirtualProxyPrefix/QMC) and they also can open application directly (https://QlikSenseURL/VirtualProxyPrefix/sense/app/appid)
In the browser developer tool, while trying to access the HUB, you can see a "500 Internal Server Error" on this URL: /api/hub/v0/user/info?cachebust=1497532589575
September 2017 P2 and earlier
This problem might occur if the UserId you are trying to authenticate with contains the symbol "=".
There is a bug already reported (QLIK-78432) and fixed in September 2017 P3
The current workaround is to remove the symbol "=" from the UserId
