This article explains how a new Qlik Continuous Classroom (QCC) subscriber can verify they have successfully registered for a subscription.
Once a QCC subscription has been placed, the subscriber will receive a confirmation email from education@Qlik.com with the subject "Qlik Continuous Classroom Registration Acknowledgement for ###". This email confirms the QCC subscription is being processed.
The email contains the following important content regarding the confirmation:
- A notice that another email will be sent within 24 hours with instructions on how to access the QCC subscription
- Registration number
- Billing information
- Contact information for any questions
Please note: This email only confirms the QCC registration was successful. A follow-up email will be sent within 24 hours of this first email with instructions on how to add QCC to the subscriber's Qlik Account. If you do not see the email confirmation, please check on your Spam/Junk Folder. For any questions about the subscription registration, please email education@Qlik.com.
