The Qlikview Management Console Task overview indicates "Trigger task not found for task that has a trigger."

Only applicable in QlikView 11.20 and 12.00. It does not affect 12.10 and later.
Publisher tasks are listed as "Trigger task not found" in the Started/Scheduled section of the overview. However, according to the logs, all tasks complete successfully.
Cause
| The QlikView Distribution Server actively rejected the full list of tasks being sent by the QlikView Management server. When this happens, the Distribution Server no longer has the full list of tasks. In the event a QlikView Distribution Server is asked to trigger a task that hasn't reached it, it will not be able to start it. By following these steps, we are increasing the maximum allowed message size and also breaking down the number of tasks being sent in a single data packet to each QlikView Distribution Server by the QlikView Management Server. |
Resolution
Two things can be done to resolve this issue.
Modify the following line in the QVManagementService.exe config file (normally located here: C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service)
