Reload of Governance Dashboard 2.0.3 fails with Script Error

Reload of Governance Dashboard 2.0.3 fails with error:
"Script Error: Let duration_min = ceil((peek('SessionTimestamp',0,'tmp_incrementalConcurrency')-42829.387696759)/-/60/24) " 

The error can be observed when reloading the Governance Dashboard application in the Desktop client or in the Document Log. The values in the Error might be different.


 

It might have happened that the app was "Open without data" or that the option "Remove all data" was selected. Either case left the app without the necessary field to reload.

To verify the issue:

1. Open Governance Dashboard in Access Point
2. Go to the "Scan details" page
3. Under the text of "File Scan History", find an input box titled "Hide config on Access Point?" and change this to "Always Show"
4. Go to the Configuration page (which is now visible)
5. Observe the selected value (if any) for Session Concurrency Interval, which is located at the bottom of the screen
6. If this is selected (green), then this is good (but it means you have a different problem!). If no value is selected, then this is your culprit! Wahoo!

The fix for this is to select a value and re-check the "always one selected value":

1. Open the governance Dashboard app in QV Desktop
2. Go to the Configuration page and select a value for [%Session Concurrency Int]
3. Right click that field and check "Always one selected value".
4. Save the .qvw (and move or copy it to the Source Docs folder if needed)
5. Reload this updated Governance Dashboard app in QMC and check that the field is still selected (as shown above)
6. Rejoice if it works.
7. If the field becomes unselected after reload, verify in QMC that the reload task is not removing always one selected value.

If the Session Concurrency Int field is missing in the app :
It might have happened that the app was "Open without data" or that the option "Remove all data" was selected. Either case left the app without the necessary field to reload.

Open the load script and added an "Exit script" on the Main tab like this:

Then reloaded the app, check that the Session Concurrency Int field was there, select "5 minutes" in that field, then change that field (right click > properties) to "Always one selected value". Then open load script again, remove the "Exit script", save the app. Reload. It should work fine!
