Cluster log files shows the error "Exception=System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime

Environments:
- QlikView 11.20, 10.00, 12.10 and 12.20
If running a QDS cluster check that all server have the same regional settings.
There must have been a system change regarding the timestamp format.
To fix this issue
1- Stop QMC and QDS services.
2- Remove/Backup all files from ..\DistributionService\TaskResults folder
3- Restart the services
You can also clean/backup the files from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log
