Question

• Is it possible to use Calculated Dimensions created in QlikView or Qlik Sense charts within the NPrinting Designer Pages and Levels functionality

Answer

• Calculated Dimensions Not Available with Pages and Levels.
• Move Calculated Dimensions to the QVW or QVF load script so they appear as simple dimensions to the NPrinting Designer.

Result:

• all versions NP 19 and higher will not show dimensions (which are calculated in the QVF or QVW chart) for use as a page or a level in the NP designer.
• Older unsupported versions of NPrinting 'may' show these calculated dimensions as a page or level but they will not work and cause the report to fail
