Unknow Error From Load Inline script QV12

User found problem when upgraded QV11.20 Desktop to QV 12 above, When do a Load Inline statement get error message:

Script Execution Progress
Executing Script ...
This may take several minutes depending on the size of the script.

Script Error
Unknown Error
LOAD * INLINE [ <insert column names here> ]

Environment: QlikView 12.10

This problem is also exist when using load Inline table from manual wizard. 

The change in behavior between QV11.20 and QV12 is that the temporary file was previously created in LocalApplicationData directory but is now created in MyDocumentsData directory.

The "correct" folder to create temporary files is in the Temp folder.

The issue was fixed in QV12.10 SR5.

This issue was reported as a bug. QV-9797. This issue was resolved in 12.10 SR 5 and is listed in the QlikView® 12.10 SR5 Release notes.

Workarounds:
The following items were found to help resolve this issue prior to the 12.10 SR 5 release:
- Option 1 Run QV.exe as Administrator will resolve the issue.
- Option 2 the temporary files created were stored in  %appdata%\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto - some sort of windows cryptographic cache.  Removing that cache by backing up and then deleting that folder resolved the issue.
