Where do I get my certificiate and logo after I pass a Qlik certification exam?

All candidates can review their exam history and score reports by logging into Pearson VUE and utilizing the “My Account” menu.
Qlik is partnering with Credly to provide digital badges and certificates for our Qlik Product Certifications. 24-48 hours after you pass your exam, you will receive an email from Credly. Follow the instructions in the email to accept your digital badge and access your certificate.
If you experience issues while accepting your digital badge, please contact Credly support.

Hello
I passed the certification on 11/11/2023 at 12:30 pm.
71 hours have already passed since passing the exam, but I still have not received an email from Credly and badge did not appear in the badges list (https://learning.qlik.com/badges/mybadges.php)
70 hours have passed since I contacted support (certification@qlik.com), and I still have not received a response.

@Sonja_Bauernfeind support was not able to resolve all issues: support employee has already written two letters to education@qlik.com but they have not responded to him. Please help the support staff and me solve the problem

I have successfully attempted the exam more than 75 hours back. But I haven't received any note from Credly or Qlik related to the badge. Any idea whom to contact for this?
