Qlik Sense Enterprise 3.2 fails to re-install on the same machine during installing the Repository Database

Qlik Sense Enterprise 3.2 fails to re-install on the same machine during Installing the Repository Database and following errors can be observed in the PostgreSQL installation log:

The errors can appear in different order. But the general solution is to:
- remove the user running Qlik Sense Services from the Peroformance Monitor Users and Qlik Sense Service groups.

Run the installer again. It should run ok.
