- Qlik Sense Enterprise, all versions
- Verify that the "prefix" in the URL accessed by the user corresponds to the correct Virtual Proxy AND that the host/server name corresponds to the node hosting the associated Proxy. For example, if the Virtual Proxy has the prefix "my-virtual-proxy-prefix" and that Virtual proxy is associated to the "Proxy Node" Proxy (which is hosted on the server "proxy-server"), then the URL is https://proxy-server/my-virtual-proxy-prefix/hub.
- Verify there is a Proxy associated with the Virtual Proxy; this is located under Associated Items in the Virtual Proxy configuration in the QMC.
