How to update the email address associated with a Qlik Sense Cloud account?Article Number: 000025853 | Last Modified: 2018/11/22
A change of email address requires the creation of a support case and a validation by the Customer Support team.
Note: Kindly ensure that you have never used the new email address to register another Qlik account.
- Login to the Qlik Support portal
- If you can´t login to the Qlik Support Portal, you can follow this article https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000043153
- Click "Contact Support" on the right side of the page.
- Create a support case by selecting:
- I have a login and access issue
- I have an issue accessing Qlik Sense Cloud
- Provide the short summary as: Cloud account - Request for email address update
- On the 'Details', provide the following information:
- Qlik Sense Cloud username / Qlik ID
- Old email address
- New email address
- Click 'Submit Form'
- A case notification will be sent for the generated reference number.
The Customer Support team will contact you as soon as the new email address has been updated.
