Qlik Sense HUB/QMC: Authentication failure in the host server, if Qlik certificates are name different that the host server.

During the installation, the Sense site was setup to use another name other than the Fully Qualified Domain Name. Once installed, users are unable to successfully authenticate into the QMC and/or Hub when remotely logged into the machine. External authentication is successful
This is a windows OS "loopback check" security feature. The feature prevents access to a web application using a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) if an attempt to access it takes place from a machine that hosts that application. The end result is a 401.1 Access Denied from the web server and a logon failure in the event log or like with Qlik Sense, it just fails to authenticate.
