NPrinting On-Demand reports are not generated after upgrade to 16 SR4

It is not possible to generate On-Demand reports after the installation of NPrinting 16 SR 4. Nothing happens when you connect to access point and click on the run button.
The logs are not showing any messages.
If you connect to http(s)://Servername:PORT/ods you see the correct message, so you can reach the NPrinting service correctly.
The same problem may occur also working locally, i.e. opening the QlikView dashboard from the local QlikView Desktop application on the NPrinting Server machine.
NPrinting Extension Objects are changed in version 16 sr 4, so the old installation must be replaced with the new folders.
The process must be done manually in the QlikView Publisher machine.
The problem can be resolved installing the Extension objects of NPrinting 16 sr 4 on the machine where QlikView Publisher is installed and in the correct folders on the NPrinting Server machine.
NPrinting 16 sr 4 has different extension objects that must replace the old installations. You can install them by coping the NPrinting 16 sr 4 you installed on the local machine or with a new installation of the program. It is not necessary to assign a license.
NPrinting extension objects consists in 3 folders (Queue, Report and Task) that are automatically saved in this location during the NPrinting Server installation
Extension objects must be also saved on the same machine where QlikView Publisher is because they are necessary to visualize the Queue and the Run buttons.
They must be imported manually on that machine with the same path. You can do this by copying from the NPrinting Server machine or by reinstalling NPrinting Server on the Publisher machine (it is not necessary to license the application).
If the same problem occurs also locally, be sure that the new extension object are saved also in this folder:
