Qlik Sense - Exporting Filter Pane and Taking Snapshot

In Qlik Sense, when exporting a visualization, some type of objects cannot be exported.
Thus, Filter Pane is not included when
- Exporting Sheet to PDF
- Taking Snapshot
Online help documentation provide the following details about exporting to PDF and taking Snapshot.
1. The following types of objects cannot be exported:
- Filter panel
- Sheet titles
- Widgets
Note
- KPI objects with a link to a sheet cannot be exported when using Qlik Sense versions prior to and February 2018
2. Take snapshots.
You can take snapshots of all the different visualization types but not the filter panes.

Cause
Qlik Sense uses a sense framework in order to access objects to export.
Some objects are not accessible via that framework and Filter Pane is one them.

Resolution
The behavior is working as designed. This functionality is not available in Qlik Sense for now.
However, this has been raised and requested as a feature request or improvement.
- A possible workaround is to insert the getcurrentselections() function in a text area of a sheet and export this instead.
- Use a visualization extension (custom object), if the visualization extension and the security rules are set up to allow it (Please see How Are Qlik Sense And QlikView Extensions Supported? for more information on extension support).
