Test Server License does not match to Production License

The number of Users/Tokens/CALs on QlikView/Qlik Sense Test Server License does not automatically update to match the Product Server License. They have to be ordered additionally even when changes are made to the Production Server License.
* Note: If the Test and Development license was included in the production license it will update automatically when the production license was updated. Please see How to get a test license or a temporary license
Please follow steps if the Test Server License and Production Server License do not match:
For Partners that can order via Qlik's Partner Portal:
- Create quote > Click Buy More > Add Users/Tokens/CALs to existing Test Server License> Place Order
For indirect Customers:
- Contact responsible Qlik Partner
For direct Customers:
- Involve responsible Qlik Account Manager
