Grouping Recipients

QlikView NPrinting allows usage of groups, which consist of recipients. A recipient can be added to to as many groups as required. The groups can be specified automatically when importing the recipients from file.

Managing recipients with groups is easy because new recipients can be added automatically to the group, and old recipients can be removed in the file used for importing recipients.
The group is automatically updated, so there is no need to manually add or remove any recipients.

All you need to do is to add the created group(s) to the task, so that the reports are delivered automatically to all the recipients in the groups according to the specific filters.
