An "Interface not supported" error message appears running a task or editing a report
The "interface not supported" error generally indicates that a particular add-on that the program is looking for has not been properly installed or setup in the registry.
This happens most of the time when you uninstall one software package that removes files or settings need by another.
Error: Interface not supported
1. The error message you get may be due to an incomplete or corrupted installation of NPrinting or QlikView.
Please, reinstall NPrinting again. Remember to run the setup file as an administrator ( right click on the setup.exe file and choose "run as administrator").
2. Please, reinstall QlikView or execute the repair procedure.

Please look into these when able. After performing a reinstall or software repair, please reboot the computer and test if the issue is still persistent.
