How To Change SAP SQL Connector Packet Size
Article Number: 000005634 | Last Modified: 2018/06/12
The packet size can be defined in the SAP SQL Connector connect string. This will be a requested packetsize, but the SAP system can give the connection a smaller size due to system load and QlikView process priority.
If load is done when SAP system is busy with other processes, the result can be affected by simply scheduling reload for a period when SAP system is less busy.
For more details on connection configuration see the SAP Connector Manual's section "Using SAP SQL Connector".
If there are problems getting the requested packet size, please consult your SAP system administrator for additional help finding a better reload time or raising QlikView process priority.
