QlikView Management Console Performance Issue for Document Administrators

Document Administrators experience very slow performance when using the QlikView Management Console (QMC). This is due to the high frequency of Active Directory access permissions checks performed against Document Administrators.

To improve the performance in the QlikView Management Console (QMC) for Document Administrators, a cache setting for Document Administrators was created in the QVManagementService.exe.config file. This cache has proved to greatly increase general performance in QlikView Management Console (QMC). To enable the use of this cache, Add/Change configuration key in QVManagementService.exe.config located in the %ProgramFiles%\QlikView\ManagementService directory.
