"Warning: CAL limits set to zero" This error will appear in the Qlikview Management Service log (QMS - Default log location: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log).
Environment:

Verify that CAL limitations have not been set.
- Open the QlikView Management Console
- Navigate to System > Licenses > QlikView Server > QVS@yourserver > Client Access Licenses (CALs) > Limitations
- Toggle the checkbox limiting CALs to fixed numbers.
