As stated in the QlikView Help: Any previously defined tasks are deleted when the QlikView Publisher license is activated.

To save the situation if urgent:
1. Stop the QlikView Distribution Service (QVS) and QlikView Management Service (QMS)
2. Make a copy of the C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR folder
3. Remove the Publisher license:
Removing a QlikView Publisher license from a QlikView Server cannot simply be performed by just removing the license in QlikView Management Console. Some additional steps are required to recreate the QVPR database
Note: The following will remove all current tasks and rebuild the QVPR database. Please make sure to backup all files mentioned before making any changes to the files/folders.
a. Stop the QlikView Management and Distribution Services (Start menu > Administrative Tools > Services applet)
b. Go to folder %ProgramData%\QlikTech\ManagementService
-Rename/remove the PublisherLef folder
-Rename/remove the Reginfo.txt file
-Remove all xml and bak files located in the QVPR folder
-Rename/remove the qvpr_servername.ini file
4. Restore the last QVPR backup from the last night before applying the license:
How To: Restore the QVPR From Backup or Recreate the QVPRYou may extract the zip file to the QVPR folder at this time. The backup is located in the %ProgramData%\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR\Backups. If there is no backup, tasks will need to be recreated manually.
5. Restart the services
6. Plan for a proper downtime for re-applying the license and recreating the tasks
