Environment:
QlikView any version
Copy and paste is by default handled by Windows clipboard. QlikView does not have it's own clipboard manager.
The common reason for failing copy and paste is that an other clipboard manager than Windows default manager is used. The third party clipboard manager for some reason does not handle the copy and paste as expected.
The 3rd part clipboard manager is a common component for remote desktop clients, which need it to handle copy and paste to and from the remote environment.
Verify if a third party clipboard manager is in use on the client.
Temporary disable or uninstall the clipboard manager to determine if it is interfering.
The solution to the issue is to either revert to Windows clipboard manager or find an other third party solution that is compatible with QlikView.
