Document chaining does not work in Internet Explorer Plugin Client.

When using the document chaining functionality through the Internet Explorer Plugin Client, we need to generate a new ticket to be authorized to use the new document on the QlikView Server. There is currently no implementation to support this and it requires a larger code change / redesign to address the issue.
The Internet Explorer Plugin Client cannot access the new document the way things are currently implemented unless Active Directory is being used, but the AJAX Client is able to do so given it uses a session cookie, so the workaround is to utilize the Ajax Client if Active Directory is not being used in the implementation.
