Dynamic Update does not have compatibility with Section Access

Dynamic Update feature itself works fine.
But when used Dynamic Update with Section Access inside the document, performance of the document doesn't work as expected. 
 
For example,
When an document is opened with Dynamic Update option in it and without Section Access - Document opens and refreshes immediately both on Desktop or via Web. 

But When an document is opened with Dynamic Update option in it and with Section Access in it -  Document takes more than a minute to open and refresh and behaves the same way when opened both on Desktop and via Web.

Dynamic Update and Section Access are not designed to work together currently. So, to make the document work effectively with both features, currently it would require substantial architectural redesign.

This feature is currently working as designed, please refer Server reference manual (V11) and navigate as below specified.
