How to Share Files with Qlik Support

Qlik provides a filesharing opportunity using FileCloud, which can be accessed directly from your support case.
- Your files are securely stored on our dedicated file server, which is regularly backed up and monitored for unauthorized access.
- Please ensure that you only upload files that comply with our data policy and do not contain sensitive personal information unless necessary for the service provided.
- We adhere to strict privacy standards to protect your data.
Upload files directly from your Support Case
To quickly share files with Qlik Support:
- Open your support case
- Navigate to the Details tab
- Click Upload File
What if I cannot use FileCloud due to security policies or other restrictions?
If FileCloud is unavailable, you can:
- Discuss a temporary exception to allow traffic to FileCloud with your network team or security office.
- Utilise your own public file-sharing setup, such as OneDrive, to give Qlik Support access to the requested files. The files will need to be available until case closure.
